An old Ottoman house called “Konak” transformed into a hotel and restaurant situated in the heart of Sultanahmet between the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. This restaurant has hosted up to nowadays several statesmen, famous and is known with its service and food that was published even in international articles.
